REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In order to avoid lines at on-site registration, all exhibitors should pre-register online and print out badge(s) before arriving to the show.

  • Click on the link below to register.

  • Type in your passcode. Your passcode is YOUR BOOTH NUMBER assigned by the Chicago Collective. (If you have trouble using your booth # as the passcode email ccw@themart.com).

  • There, you will be able to register yourself and everyone working in your booth.

  • Print out your exhibitor badge(s) before arriving to the show.

The Exhibitor Manual is your go-to resource for everything you need to prepare for market. Inside, you'll find important dates, move-in and move-out schedules, shipping information, booth guidelines, vendor resources, and key operational details to help ensure a smooth and successful show experience. ABOUT EXHIBITING

Launched in March 2023, Chicago Collective Women’s Edition convenes two times a year in the iconic Merchandise Mart. The show features an open-booth format with the entire show conveniently located on the 7th Floor. Chicago Collective Women's is a completely reformatted show, based on the already successful Chicago Collective Men's Show. 

  • We've negotiated reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Chicago affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

RETURNING EXHIBITOR FAQS

  • Registration codes or passcodes are sent via email to contracted exhibitors only. If you need your company’s passcode email ccw@themart.com.

  • Click here for access to the exhibitor registration page.

  • If you are a contractor badges can be picked up on the 1st floor registration. These temporary badges are valid only for set-up and dismantling, to contractors on a daily basis.
